The service
TourLedger is a free web tool for recording and comparing your own impressions of homes. It is provided as it is offered on the site at the time you use it, and features may change.
Not professional advice
Scores, rankings and guides are for personal organization and general information. They are not a home inspection, appraisal, legal, financial or real estate advice, and they do not say whether a property is safe, compliant or fairly priced. Make decisions with qualified professionals and current official sources.
Your data
Your ledger is stored only in your browser. You are responsible for keeping backups. Clearing browser data, using a private window, or a device failure can delete it, and we cannot recover it. You are responsible for what you choose to put in share links and backup files and whom you send them to.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, or to interfere with the site’s operation. Do not record personal information about other people that you have no right to keep.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for loss arising from your use of the site, including lost data or decisions made with it, except where the loss is caused by the operator’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
